Pictures and work history of my long term enjoyment of this delightful car.
Bought back in 2010 for eldest son Tom we ran it for a couple of years before he inherited his grandfathers top spec nissan primera. The MG needed some body work, rust in a pillar and wings, and went to a friend's body repair company. They suffered some financialreverses, put the car into long term storage and the car was effectively forgotten until 2018. Needing a car that was narrower than an XJ6 or a Nissan truck I had the MG retrieved, a new front pannel with A pillars was sourced from MG owners club and my friend Rod Barker did some extensive welding work on it throughout the summer - see photos. After using 5 sticks of lead in thelead loading process and doing a full re-spray in the original Inca Gold the car was shipped to TR Bitz to be re-assembled and comissioned.
